Client Terms
Clients who advertise a vacant position with I. T. People Pty Ltd., are charged on the
following basis:CONTRACTS
Daily/hourly rate for the contractor which includes our profit
margin, payroll tax and GST
or alternatively
a one-off placement fee of 10% of the contract value (minimum 3 months).
PERMANENT
A successfully hired permanent staff member acquired through I.T.
People Pty Ltd will attract a fee of 10% of Salary excluding superannuation and on-costs,
payable upon the person's commencement date.
Terms are strictly 7 days in order for the Warranty to apply.
WARRANTY
CONTRACTS
Should a contractor not perform to a client's satisfaction, they
may be terminated immediately and I.T. People Pty Ltd will endeavour to find a suitable
immediate replacement.
PERMANENT
If the new staff member leaves the Client Company for any reasons
in the first 90 days of employement a full refund of the placement fee or replacement
candidate will be offered. |
